We offer year-round accommodation in double rooms. The total capacity of the property is 9 people.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

All prices are final, with no additional charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Booking on the owners’ website is more cost-effective than on other accommodation websites.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The price per room includes bed linen, towels, all utilities, wi-fi connection and parking on the property. (And also a barbecue and garden furniture from June until September.) <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The price does not include breakfast, but tea and coffee are provided in the kitchen free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Check-in time is 4 pm at the earliest. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Checkout is 11 am at the latest. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Minimum stay is 2 nights. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

During the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period, 3-night minimum stay. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

During the summer holiday period (July \u2013 August), 5-day minimum stay. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

There is no smoking allowed in the house.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Parking is available on the property – the parking lot can accommodate up to 5 cars.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We are baby-friendly: highchair for toddlers, highchair and table for bigger children, toilet seat reducer, potty,<\/span>footstool, toys, books, LEGO blocks, magazines, puzzles, drawing and painting supplies, notebooks, baby cutlery, bottle warmer and snacks.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We are eco-friendly: the tap water is drinkable, we reduce our carbon footprint, we don’t iron our bedding, we use energy-saving appliances and light bulbs, and we recycle thoroughly.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

For now, we do not allow pets.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Payment terms and cancellation fees:<\/span><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A 50% deposit is payable 3 days after booking (at the) latest.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The remaining 50% is payable 30 days before arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

When booking less than 30 days before arrival, then 100% of the amount due is payable immediately. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Up to 30 days before arrival \u2013 CZK 1,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

29 to 15 days before arrival – 25% of the total price.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

14 to 7 days before arrival – 50% of the total price.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
